PRE-ORDER Payment Process:
In order to provide the best possible prices, pre-orders must be paid for in full at time of order.
SPECIAL ORDER Payment Process:
Any item marked with a Special Order or Special Order/Pre-order designation must be paid for IN FULL at time of order. Special Order items are rare and/or expensive in nature, and therefore are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Promotional and/or discount coupons will be sent out from time to time, these coupons cannot be applied to previous orders.SHIPPING INFORMATION:IN STOCK items will ship as soon as possible.... usually with 2 business days of cleared payment!
PREORDER items will ship upon our reception. Our anticipated reception date by month is listed in the title of the item. If you place multiple pre-order items within the same order, the order will NOT ship until all items are in-stock. If you choose 2 shipments, or Pre-Order Blitz shipping method the order would ship accordingly.
You may now select the Pre-order BLITZ shipping method. This method assigns a shipping charge and ships items within your order as soon as they are released. We reserve the right to hold items to be shipped together when delays will not occur longer than 2 or 3 business days. Any unused shipping fees for this selected shipping method are AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED once the order has completed shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
REFUNDS require return of UNOPENED merchandise which must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving. Product must be unopened for money-back refund. Shipping fees are NON-refundable.
OPENED MERCHANDISE is eligible for exchange in extreme circumstances ONLY if product is defective(missing pieces, figures, etc...) and available in stock. If product is not in stock and cannot be ordered, an online store credit will be issued. If product exchange is deemed necessary, BadassToysforBadassBoys.com will arrange for pick-up and shipping after customer has appropriately packaged merchandise for return. In regard to building construction toys- exchanges are rarely performed. Should a set be missing pieces, the manufacturer of the respective set has an entire department devoted to filling missing piece claims. Minfigures are rarely and likely never replaced due to fraudulent claims and their high resale value. We can provide contact information with the manufacturer for you to file a missing piece claim.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE is neither refundable, nor exchangable. PHYSICAL DAMAGE would be apparent immediately upon receiving shipment. PHYSICAL DAMAGE would then be covered under shipping insurance, BadassToysforBadassBoys will fully assist you should an insurance shipment claim be neccessary.
CANCELLATIONS may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%. This will be strictly enforced if we believe a customer has utilized a website in a manner consistent with "hedging" the first availability of products.
QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE is a mint item in a brand new package. Although everyone would like to be able to purchase collector quality packaging at standard retail rates, this is not reasonable nor customary. WE make NO guarantee to the condition of packaging, only that the contents inside are mint, brand new! Items on the website deemed "collector quality" or "collector packaging" are mint in every respect and these products are the exception to this rule.
COLLECTOR QUALITY or COLLECTOR PACKAGING items are guaranteed to have impeccable packaging. We do not grade packaging, nor do we pretend to, but we are avid collector's and we do NOT deem an item COLLECTOR QUALITY or COLLECTOR PACKAGING very often. We do know what it takes to make an item collector worthy and do not use the terms COLLECTOR QUALITY or COLLECTOR PACKAGING lightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities or change prices at any time. All orders are subject to actual inventory being on hand. If after checking inventory we discover the item is actual out of stock, the order will not be filled and your money will be refunded. Cancellation refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Management's decisions always over-rule the internet and website in case of discrepancy.
Any dispute arising from the use of this site, or transaction with this site, is binding to the state of Wisconsin, USA.
